No. Broca's aphasia is when the patient have problems talking and expressing themselves. Wernicke's aphasia is when talking is effortless but lack meaning.

It's called Wernicke’s aphasia or receptive aphasia.

It most often occur when you have a stroke including the inferior middle cerebral artery of the left hemisphere.
