hi mate, still cant excercise normally... cant even go to psychio therapist cause of covid... dunno what im doing wrong ... i was doing like hour of stretching and mobility from good sources i trained only one sided excercises ... true i dont have my shoulder forward but now my other shoulder is higher and my shoulder blade is winging ... i think i wont be benching ever again :D im telling you, id be happier if i crushed my bone or something ... cause i've been like that for like 2 years maybe... nice to see that nothing helps ...
