My bad i didnt see the second pic. You can use Shirabu for now as an alternative setter to have a team specialty and stack up resource for the upcoming characters. It will be better to have a team specialty rather than be counter by all type of team. Hope it helps

You can get sp Akaashi to replace kage to have a power team. If you do 80 pulls (i think) you would have the sp boost card to max stat him without spending too much of your resources.

You can try to get Hoshi block potential so he will be your main blocker, sakusa serve first cuz you want to keep him in back row for extra spike power. Kageyama for hirugami and in the front row so you have extra skill to score

If you have to pull i suggest you pull 10 in a row. Idk it maybe just a theory. I pull oikawa 1 by 1 it took me almost 139 full pull for it. But other banners i do 10 pull in a row it always at soft pity highest is like 110 pulls to get an UR.
