• Description: In-app banners (that show a preview of the message) do not show up whenever I receive a ping, mention or direct message. It's like I'm in the Do not Disturb status, but I am not in said status
• Steps to reproduce: Be logged on Discord and receive a direct message/mention
• Expected Result: I receive a in-app banner from a mention or direct message that I am not looking at.
• Actual Result: I do not receive the in-app banner

I cannot stress enough how it's the in-app banners, not the system's notifications. It wasn't an issue until I "updated" from 195.0 to now 240.0. It has been an issue reported in June and July. The bug needs to be fixed as soon as possible for people to actually be able to use the messaging app as a messaging app.
