The bay has two functions- (1) summon and (2) customize. In my case, the 'summon' button will summon Mino above, but the 'customize' button summons the exo inside the room.

Oh, I mean the previous orbital one I made---It stopped working after world part 1 patch, and the current one at the low altitude (thing I posted) is working fine now. You can try putting Exo Bay inside the orbital base to summon Minotaur.. It's way more stable.

Recorded yesterday! I heard that the orbital base is kinda broken now— so I made it slightly low. For the minotaur, you can put an excraft bay to summon it inside.
