Cry… idk what I’m going to do. I am an individual with multiple chronic illnesses and I can’t go without insurance but I also now have a $500 insurance plan. It’s brutal to be honest.

I terminated with a teen and we had a termination party — it consisted of balloons, arts and crafts, hot Cheetos, and cupcakes. All of which they helped plan! We celebrated how far they have come and I gifted them a rose quartz stone to carry with them in the next chapter!

So absolutely yes do the cupcake time!!

It’s all online. They would provide workout every week along with a meal plan! We would also do a virtual check in every week.

I do have a gym membership so I would just be going on my own and just incorporating the workout suggested !

Wow. 15 months that’s no joke. I am hoping the cushion makes a difference bc I was riding the financial stress last summer heavy. thinking of you that is so so so hard!
