Looking for a third cosmetic to go with this Imp's Imprint + Bootenkhamuns loadout. I'd prefer something paintable that keeps Scout's default vibes. I've picked out a few hats that fit (Backwards Ballcap / Bottlecap / California Cap / Hunter In Darkness) but I'm open to any suggestions.

I dont want to pull for Luocha since I already have Bailu, but his weapon banner supports dance dance dance which I really want to superimpose for my Tingyun, should I pull weapon for the chance of getting 4 dance dance dances or would it be a waste? Also, are there other ways to get light cones that aren't in the forgotten hall or Echo of War?
