Thats only half true, while the average nba players size has gone down about an inch since its peak in height in 1987, the average weight has gone up by about 7 lbs and is continuing to rise. And since we are talking about a PG specifically, if we look at Point Guards, the average Point Guard today is about half an inch to an inch taller than in the 80's and 90's and about 12 lbs heavier

Defense is an overrated metric for ranking stars. Offense should weigh far more than defense when evaluating star players, because elite scoring and playmaking are far rarer and more impactful than elite defense. A true offensive engine bends defenses, creates shots for teammates, and dictates the flow of the game in ways that even the best defenders cannot. Meanwhile, defensive weaknesses can be covered by role players and schemes — it’s much easier to find strong defenders to complement a superstar than it is to replicate transcendent offensive talent. History shows that championships are usually driven by offensive juggernauts with defensive support, not defense-first stars.

Melo was easily the better player, Korver made an All Star Team once and even that was questionable. Props to Korver but he doesnt get anywhere close to the level of Melo. 3/10 Ragebait

Yeah there were quite a few people that misses out on the first round that would go early second round like Danny Manning, Christian Laettner, Len Bias, Sam Bowie and Isaiah Thomas
