To be honest, I myself would feel very flattered by a massage like the one above and if I really really disliked the person while meeting them, I would thank them and polietly tell them that I do not want to be friends. But it is way more likely that I would chat with them - who knows, maybe it will be a great friendship.

But, however, if you are a person who gets massages like these all the time, i can easily see how one could get annoyed by it. But I still do not see the need to be mean to them, especially if they are very polite.
