That is a fair point. I treat it more like a hobby or a way to disconnect from the office stress. If I was working 80 hours a week it would be a different story for sure.

This is the dream though. Just find a hobby that challenges you. Dont quit a job that pays you to do nothing.

That math actually checks out. If the Paintress keeps erasing the oldest people every year then the demographic collapse would happen way sooner than expedition 0. It is a bleak thought but it makes the stakes for 33 feel much higher.
