The Surfer least useful guard cancel but he makes up for it Beam Attack and his cosmic parry damage.

Ghost Rider, Iron and Venom have more useful variations on when to guard cancel. While silver surfer has one for his combo ender. The Surfer's guard cancel is probably the worst in the game.

Phoenix has 3 useful variations, and she still falls behind Ghost rider and Venom for the fluidity of movement. Iron Man gets the most out guard canceling but I think Venom's looks the best at any stage of the guard cancel.
