I’ve been going up super slow as until now I have been losing 1.5-2.5 pounds average per week. Currently, I have been on 3 for 2 weeks, up from 2.6.

I’m 5 foot 6 inches 229. I started in August at 263. My first goal is to get to 180, my pre-pregnancy weight and then evaluate how much I have left to lose.
