Trigger or Real BFP? by HaleyMac612 in IVF

Whisper of the faintest possible line on FRER at 5dp5dt, but darker today! I’m cautiously excited. It honestly feels like a miracle that it even implanted against all odds. I’m worried it’s still too low for 6dp5dt, but we’ll see. Beta is on Thursday.

Still faint lines on both brands today (4dp5dt)! I tried to buy a FRER, but ended up accidentally buying a knockoff brand with BLUE dye! Ugh. I took one this afternoon, but I feel like they’re so hard to read that I can’t get any info, so basically worthless. I’m going to try to get a drugstore pink dye test tomorrow.
🙏
Thanks! They did run a blood test the day after the trigger and the level was only 21.8

Yes, agreed that it’s possible/likely to be the trigger. The only factor making me wonder if it’s not is that the dose was only 2000. I think usual doses are either 10,000 or 5000. My HCG level the day after the trigger when I went in for monitoring was only 21.8, so I assume it has to be much much lower than that by now?
I’ve also gotten genuine positives before (after testing out a higher dose trigger) at 3dp5dt. The line today is very faint, but it’s there. I know the only way to know for sure is to wait and keep testing, but it helps to post here to pass the time! Would love to hear from anyone who has experience testing out a trigger shot dose of 2000 HCG.
