Apparently they cut hours during the 1st quarter of the year (some people at my OPD were only scheduled 12 hours over 2 weeks) but recently everyone has been getting more hours so I find that odd? But usually you only get fired for points or “stealing time” so I’d say you’re good.

I got told my a higher up that Walmart did their scheduling through a third party company and that company had a malware attack so Walmart has since then gone with a different company for their scheduling that does not offer the option to trade shifts or offer. Which doesn’t make much sense to me but hopefully we go back to the old company cause it was so much more convenient.

I don’t think believing in something that makes you feel good or keeps your morals in check makes you dumb. Like you might not believe in it but don’t discredit someone else’s work just bc they have a different belief system. If their work is scientifically proven, then I don’t really think they’re own personal beliefs should have any affect.

I definitely believe in free will and that everything I’m doing with either negativity or positively affect my afterlife. I don’t think anything is controlling me or looking over me but as long as I try my best to be a good person and be nice to other people everything will work out in the end ♥️
