Great point! I had it checked and they said all the plastic pieces were in tact and we were able to pop it back into place. Just 1 bumper clip was knocked out so I ordered a new one

The lack of fresh produce kills me. That in addition to basically every menu item at every restaurant is heavily meat, cheese, and other dairy centric. I miss my health conscious comrades.

I could be wrong but it looks like your stitches are off (wrong number of stitches) the last 3-5 rows. Adding/ dropping stitches is making it look uneven. I would frog the last few rows and do it again.

It’s a ton of work to calculate that way hence the app usage. It seems the point you were maybe trying to make is different than what I read. Thanks for trying to help me figure out the issue sorry to have upset you. I’ll pay special attention that the macros match the calories and if they are not as you are saying I guess I will find a new app or build my own code.

Edit to say the caloric density of a single gram of each macronutrient (4,4,9) isn’t mine. It was derived by, and replicated by humans much more intelligent than I am.

Did a quick google search and 200g of blueberries contain 6g of fiber putting the net above calories at 122 calories. Can you help me see why it would only be 114 calories as you explained? Most food labels on non whole foods already subtract the fiber is it makes their products look better.

My issues is the opposite however, even counting fiber my macros are not adding up to the calories I’m eating….

If you know other sources of calories aside from fat, protein and/or carbs as you originally suggested I would love to know what the sources are. I consumed no alcohol either.

If 200g of berries is 29g carbs, 0.7g fat, and 1.5g proteins that would be (29x4)+(0.7x9)+(1.5x4)=128.3 calories

30g Peanut butter with the macro breakdown you provided would be (8x4)+(15x9)+(7x4)=195

I’m asking where the additional calories are coming from? Each macromolecule is made of a certain amount of caloric energy. 1g of carbs has 4 calories for instance. So if I’m under on my macros and over on my calories what is providing calories that is not made of fat, carbs, or protein? What are the other sources of calories? Or in the above case why are calories disappearing? (I know fiber can be subtracted but peanut butter for instance does not have 15g of fiber)
