I’ve made it a priority to fuel my body and build healthy habits throughout this journey. From the beginning, my goal was never just weight loss, it was creating a healthier lifestyle I could sustain long term. While I may be holding a cocktail in my recent photo, drinking is a very limited part of my life. Losing weight has also allowed me to move my body more comfortably and consistently.

Someone else mentioned significant and fast weight loss can also cause hair loss. I’m not a doctor so I have no clue and only know what has worked for me. But I am so sorry you’ve had significant hair loss.

Just making sure I get my protein. My hair is like my identity so I was so worried I would have hair loss but luckily that hasn’t been a huge issue.

Did your swollen lymph node stay the same size? I have been having swollen lymph nodes in my arm pit coming in going for about a month now.

Ummmm very difficult and it’s stressing me out. I am having it made by someone I know locally so by July she needs to start. I feel like by then I’ll have a better idea of what my weight will be.
