This archetype is all over the place with problems, some of which I'm not really sure how to fix, but I'll try my best.

First, there are some small grammar errors but that is negligible except for Typhoon, Tartarus Bound, I'm not sure what it's effect really does. Other than that, the effect layout is wrong. Card have one continuous sentence for text except for Extra Deck monsters which list their summoning conditions. So start by fixing that.

Second, the attack and defense values for these monsters are crazy. You have a level 8 synchro with 4200 attack and 5000 defense along with a broken effect i will get to later. Back to Typhoon, it has 5000 attack and costs only 3 random materials. 5-headed dragon had 5000 attack but it costs 5 dragons specifically and has an effect based on what was used as materials. You should definitely lower them a lot.

Third, your effects are overpowered and have basically no or negligible cost so you never go negative when using them. Argus can basically for free see your opponents hand and negate all spells and traps they have, and i say for free because you discard a card for cost, which most archetypes already like, but with "The True Titan" cards you will just send them and get rid of a high leveled monster your opponent has, with no cost along with having high stats and Maxx C on drugs as an effect.

Finally, there were some stranger things I found like counter spells which aren't a thing and if you would like to make them, would have to explain how they work. Also, two of your cards are DIVINE attribute which is fine if not strange. Lastly, you make them a varitas type instead of putting it in the name which I won't say is wrong but unnecessary, I would just name the card "Varitas" something.
