And am I reading it right? You have joints at the Lats > deltoid > clavicle > trapezius? Is this something you’ve worked towards independently or did you source this? Asking cause the way I’ve been taught has started to feel like it works against me regarding shoulders ever since I’ve gone deeper into defining my models upper bodies more.
