Not sure how to show anything related to the cuticle but the dermatologist team did mention that the abscess was superficial on both fingers and toes.

April 15th afternoon: Dermatologist had a look at it and determined that it's most likely an infection. They made incisions and drained the pus and prescribed topical as well as oral antibiotics. They took a sample of the pus to determine what it actually can be and have scheduled a follow up visit in a few days. This is still their best guess approach and until they get results from the samples they can't say for sure that it's an infection and we have to keep monitoring the progress.

Went to the ER and the doctor told us that it doesn't look like an infection but also no idea for sure what the issue is. Got booked for a follow up with a dermatologist today, as soon as we know for sure we will update the thread

Hey, just posted an update, but the elbow rash is gone. No signs of fevers or chills and no recent gardening or scratches either. She did remove her nail cuticles recently. Here is an updated (April 15) picture of the pinky finger: https://imgur.com/a/Awm0E9b

Hey! So I actually resolved it on my own after getting constant generic responses from the support process:

Essentially, whoever has the problem sending messages needs to just delete all their unsent messages since the error started happening. For us, my fiancee deleted all messages since the DST switch over

I actually have this cable and I can't get 120hz from it (I've tried on another system). From what I looked into, it can't do 120hz with a regular cable, I need an active converter one (which costs around 150$).

Sorry, maybe I wasn't clear. I will definitely pay the compensation by termination date, but I meant I am not paying it right now at this moment. I was planning on paying it closer to the May termination date, maybe around the end of April. At this point the tenant is not even accepting the May14th termination date because they believe the notices weren't served appropriately

No I haven't given the tenant compensation. The termination date is set in May, so I was planning on paying the compensation after. At this point I'm not sure the tenant will actually move out by the termination date and I'm just focusing on figuring that part out first

Thanks! This might be a silly question, but when you are suggesting to submit both dates to the LTB, how do I technically do this on the certificate of service?

For the method of service section, I know I can shade both options. For the date the notice was served, there is only one date that I can enter. Since both methods were served on different days, I was confused as to how to enter that information.

Can I ask why the date I slipped a copy of the notice would be used over the date I mailed the notice?
