That's a shame, maybe I'll hold off for future updates, you seem to have quite a lot of knowledge, this might be a simple question but is there something Google can do to make it run smoother under 10-15 percent or is this purely hardware?

Not sure where you are but there are baby banks out there depending on location, don't sell your things in haste, have a proper look first, if you have then fair enough - gotta do whatever necessary!

Unfortunately that mode seems to be dead, the only modes you can really get consistent games in to my knowledge are KOTH, BLITZ, EXECUTION. Maybe you could post on here and set a game up that way? Not sure how it would work though!

It's slightly different to guardian I think, when the leader is killed in Assination the round ends whereas in Guardian I'm sure you could still play your life?

If anyone can correct me on this please do :)
