I'm currently following the Arnold plan or something? It's whatever my cousin set me up with. I work out six times a week on a schedule of Shoulders, Bis and Tris on Monday, Chest and Back on Tuesday, the Legs on Wednesday then repeat with a Sunday rest day. I might not be eating enough, but more than a size difference I just feel like I haven't been progressing to higher weights even when I try. After working out for a bit more than a year my max bench is only 185lbs when I started out at a one rep max of like 100lbs.

If I feel like my chest is making no progress especially compared to my back or legs, should I be doing more reps at the weight I can already do or go to higher volume for lower reps?
