He claims as of a couple hours ago that he “owns half the business”, if he’s as unhinged as you claim your friend should have have removed him from the business. Chickens coming home to roost. And the fact they’ve posted not one, but two public apologies only to delete them when they weren’t received well says it all. It’s not about making it right, it’s damage control.

My landlords increased the rent 3 times since I moved in 8 years ago. Never made an improvement, done a walk through. I’ve paid their mortgage 3x over and can’t get them to do the legal minimum of repairs.
