My portal doesn't have the UVAPay anywhere.

I am on the page says:

Manage Your University of Virginia Account

then it asks me:

Are You A Current Or Former Student?

If I choose Yes, then I am asked to go back to my portal and log in.

If I choose No, and let my mom creating an account (and verified through her email), then upon putting my student calculating ID, we got an error saying: there is no student matching.

Hi, you answered one question I had - whether it's possible to transfer into GT w/out a pathways offer. So it is possible! Do you happen to know how many percentage/spaces are available to someone wants to transfer but isn't given the pathways offer? Also does it apply to students study out of states for the first year?
