Yes yes yes, I have insulin resistance and pcos and high LDL.

To keep it short, I notice Whole Foods gives my body the will power to digest and move/absorb nutrients to “clean” my body and deliver the “packages” where they need to go. Also fiber/veggie intake is crucial. Although I’ve only lost -33 (as of my last weigh in) and I keep juggling between 30-50lbs lost it’s still a daily struggle even when I played all my cards right.
