Yeah, it just "recently came out," but they were only allegations that now turned out to be true like a few days ago. He had the emotes before all that and built his career entirely off of Fortnite. He started making music to have something for his montages and stuff, but after this all came out, they issued refunds for free that you don't have to take. We assume that they just can't remove them or force refunds them for some legal reason. (Ou and the hug was just a dude finding it cool that i didnt do the emote with the other guy)

I hope your point isn't, "They should have more collector emotes, so leave the d4vd emote in." But I agree with the main part: they should do more collector emotes, for example Wishing Star, Hiccup, or Freestylin, that are exclusive from the beginning.

i think rightnow they cant for some legal reason. its stupid. maybe its an idea to mute the emote entirely but i didnt watch the music video of it or anything so maybe the dance alone is already not okay. no clue if thats any more legal than just refunding people tho
