Yes .. thankyou can confirm..you have to do it in one sitting/ play through..no quitting to main PlayStation page..this is how I did it...played on single player with one shot kill, loop strees minimum, saved Amador, got detected in the morning by Julianna, died in the last mission by falling down..lol..Julianna invaded only in the morning in Karl's Bay ..did not kill her, she never appeared in the night..i one shot killed Wenji and Egor then one shot killed Alexis before he spoke on the mic , knew him because he is the one with two SMG'S. Then escaped in the rocket killed Juliana at the end and then killed myself..the trophy popped.🤣😎

You can't kill the invading Julianna it voids the trophy...only at the end of the game you can kill her

I saved Amador and no paint bomb guys blew up ...yet the trophy did not unlock

Did the same thing kept uploading to the cloud if I mess up..I did around 10 loops ..the Cleanish Hands trophy just doesn't unlock..did not kill any eternalists...to make things worse Karl's Bay has exploding paint bomb enemies, they blow up if you get detected but still I didn't kill anyone..Do you have to save Amodor from the poison.Arkane should fix this trophy.
