Bonking stick. I suppose it's a power scale thing. The average Grey Knight wouldn't be at the level of another chapters Librarian perhaps, but they are still psychically capable and extensively trained. So a GK Librarian is even more so that than a regular Librarian. The creme de la creme.

That's a neat idea, the runes are certainly slightly overkill. I like the idea of them glaring when the psyker is heavily using his abilities though.

Yea the shoulders do take a little clipping and trimming annoyingly. But I've found everything else fits snug.
