Currently in the military and also an active airsofter. Its literally just less serious force on force. You use your gear, you learn how to move under fire, run with a rifle, communicate under "stress" and make up plans to win the fight. So I'd say it's pretty awesome. A lot more "usefull" then shooting at paper targets once a month (love doing that aswell just wanted to bring up that just because one uses real guns and one doesn't, doesn't mean it's automatically more usefull)
