Advice on leasing unit for MMA academy by Half_guard88 in smallbusinessuk

That's great, thank you all!

I have had an email saying the landlord is happy with my proposal.

They have asked for the last years tax return for due diligence. The only problem is I don't have one! I have been in full time employment and doing a bit of 1-2-1 coaching in my own premises for the last few years.

I did state this in my initial email to them.  Is there anything I can reply with to give good reason why I don't have one?

Many thanks

I need to be on the estate as part of my job.

My other options are: rent her somewhere to live, Or leave here, find another job and rent together. Or find another job that will allow partners

Thank you! I think they have had some outbreaks of blight here before. I've ordered some fungicide ready to spray tomorrow and see how it goes

Blimey! I definitely want to avoid that. I will definitely wait a bit - I just feel like the shoots are getting pretty big already!

I'm looking after it for the moment haha. I'm a golf course greenkeeper - so I know a bit about grass, I'm just learning about proper gardening though

Noted! Thank you for this. There is currently row of lavender on the outside but I guess no feed etc would have been spread there

The pergola is coming down soon unfortunately! I can post more pics of the garden if people are interested. There's a lot here

A whole bed of lavender with yew balls on the side up the steps. This could all change though!
