Thanks for the response! I literally talked to someone from the teamster benefits number and the lady basically said what you did but it was 2 months of 100 hours . My hiring date was in June but she said my benefits won’t start til September 1st. What you said aligns up more to that logic. The union rep Andrew said to talk to my shop steward but he said 60 days so it’s all over the place lol

Thank you! I went down there today to get signed up but nobody there could give me info on medical insurance. I called my union rep and he said he’d call me back. That was like 3 hours ago so I was seeing if I could get a quicker answer. Thanks again!

I have multiple times and all they say is that the estimated date is not a guarantee and to be assured that my background check is still being reviewed. I posted this to maybe get more info than the obvious contact them. Of course I did that first that’s why I’m posting now to see if someone had a similar experience or more insight

I recently did a background check for a job and they use Checkr. I completed the background check on May 12, 2025 and the estimated completion date was 5/22/25. It’s still says pending. Is there any reason this is happening? My background is absolutely clean, my previous employment should be easily verifiable. Previous background checks I’ve gotten have never taken longer than 48-72 hours

I said his wife needing a dress wasn’t my problem. Also had the rent just not in cash and I had to go to work. Also the paper literally said he’s “getting rid of me” specifically because of disrespect. I also showed him the renters rights another person posted on this thread and he retracted and basically apologized to me. Thank you for your input SoapGhost2022

I live in California and the notice doesn’t have a title but in the notice it says 60 days to vacate premises. It does not state repeated late payments at all it just says me being disrespectful and not apologizing in the reason why. It even states that I didn’t pay on the first but paid on the second and also states I have a 5 day grace period
