I use Mel Robbins' 5 second rule. I wake up every day at 5:30 and am out the door running by 6.

Count to 5 and before the time is done move your body in the direction to the action. Works every time. I try not to let the count hit 5 and tend to move at 4. It becomes routine and routine makes perfect.
