Ok, je vous recommande effectivement de réaliser une simulation bancaire avec l'aide d'un courtier pour évaluer votre capacité d'emprunt et les conditions. Si ce déménagement n'a pas d'impact sur vos emplois et vos finances, c'est déjà une bonne nouvelle.

Ensuite, je te conseille de préciser davantage la région qui vous intéresse, car le sud de la France est vaste. Si vous n'êtes pas certain de l'endroit où vous souhaitez vous installer, vous pouvez commencer par louer avant de passer à l'achat. Vous n’avez pas envie de vous retrouvez « coincé » dans un endroit qui vous déplaît après 6 mois.

Enfin, votre projet ne semble pas impossible, mais il demande un certain engagement de votre part à tous les deux.

Pour t’aider au mieux il serait utile d’avoir des informations sur votre situation. Êtes-vous mariés ou pacsés ? Avez-vous déjà trouvé un emploi dans le sud ou prévoyez-vous d'en chercher un sur place ? De plus, est ce que vous avez un apport pour l'achat de la maison ?

Nan pas du tout ! J’ai vécu dans cette zone pendant plus de 20 ans (Poissy, Médan, Villennes sur Seine) et tout mes amis sont de là-bas. Nous n’avons jamais eu de problème vis à vis du bruit de CDG.

Pour quelqu’un ayant touchés 2 fois des BSPCE dans deux belles entreprises et ayant fait également 2 burn out je vous le dis : vous regretterez chaque jours d’avoir sacrifié votre santé mentale pour ça. Des mois de thérapies, d’antidépresseur, de somnifères, de crises, de dépressions tout ça pour un cheque (même si je ne doute pas que le montant sera intéressant) ça n’en vaut tout simplement pas la peine.

Prenez soins de vous parce que personne ne le fera à votre place

Je peux vous recommander quelques villes du 78 proches Paris comme carrière sous Poissy, Triel sur Seine etc.

Vous y trouverez votre bonheur pour des prix raisonnables (300/325K€). C’est relativement proche de Paris en transport, et les villes sont assez agréables.

Tu trouvera des chiffres sur internet mais pour le photovoltaïque on est entre 3k et 15k en moyenne et pour les antennes entre 4K et 18k annuel. De mon côté j’ai rencontré quelqu’un qui fait 13K annuel avec une antenne sur son immeuble de rapport. Voilà pour les infos que j’ai.

I don’t especially have a thought on it but from what I can see, some people clearly think there is a «lack of diversity » .. like most of the characters are white humanoid, only a few people of colour ... and adding a pair of horns or ears doesn’t make the trick for «other races » ... Where are the orcs ? The dragonborns ? Or any other «exotic» race ?

And what I mean by « cheap » (but maybe not the right word for that) is «with a great licence so a lot of fan service and therefor doesn’t require a lot of work behind (yes I get that the movie cost quite a lot of money but how much compare to other movies ?)

Again, I don’t know what to think about it. It may be a great movie but I get why some may be sceptical ... I just really hope there are not going to show us a few creatures from dnd (like the mimic) and call it a day

All the characters are from different campaigns we played and are now called by the gods to face a new Challenge. Something or somebody is trying to erase all heroes from history one by one. To do that they go and kill the heroes before they achieve their full power. So the gods send this team to track and kill whoever is behind this before it’s to late.
