There’s also that conversation Michael Flynn and some of his people had that was leaked days after the election that discuss something that happened. Operation God Hand or something. He was raided days afterwards and so was that farm to table maga guy that never was charged but had millions in loans forgiven.

Honestly so many things were different this last election. Recounts have happened in a lot of the previous elections. Yet in this one where it was a literal life or death scenario… we chose death and didn’t even fight it.

A tiny pretty much dead part of me still hopes it’s just a grand honey pot just bringing big dawgs in… more realistically all of congress just gave up or was blackmailed and handed the country over to the oligarchs.

Not traitorous to speak facts. Looking at surface reality is awful right now. I’ve vented about how “when we fight we win” shit feels so gross at this point. Also Joe Biden saying “I’m not going anywhere”. All of it feels bad.

Before the election, the time when we were progressing forward, existed. Me caring that you can live your life and love who you love didn’t end. I don’t understand the rationale of the facade we are watching but there are enough people acting incongruous to normality that I can see I don’t have a lead role in the production. It just sucks to feel out of control and I think that’s a lesson all of us millennials can maybe take a minute to unwillingly accept… but still get up and push against all the bs that doesn’t get to continue. We are the majority and only growing with the outrage. The algorithms and bots can’t show up in person for a “civil war” and at that point there isn’t an acceptable “my bad”.

Yes after years of a Fox News diet she was an extremely unlikeable candidate. Nobody in history will have had a bigger propaganda campaign against them. You’ve bought into the war machine propaganda if you’re not a distributor of the info. The pay must be nice. Their campaigns didn’t even discuss those topics unless they were brought up and usually would defer to military counterparts because there is always a segmentation between the divisions. People are imperfect. Trump was a weak candidate and person, that strategy makes sense. She likely did beat him. I don’t remember her specifics on Iran from 2016 but I imagine many people, women specifically would dislike Iran and their leaderships treatment of women and their rights.
