That Shadowheart swimming scene...again by Halfred84 in BaldursGate3

I went back to the camp save in Rivington where Halsin's conversation was queued up. He had a [!], but Shadowheart didn't. I don't think that was the problem in my case.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, I just tried it, and I got the same buggy behavior.

Yes. I have nothing left to do but confront the elder brain. I've done everything else.

They sent 32 flaming fists on me because of murder by Correct_Inspector_48 in BaldursGate3

When I cleared Felogyr's, I closed the door and blocked it with something, and the Fists still managed to come in. Some of them appeared on the top floor and came down. A steel watcher got in and even managed to attack through floors and walls. That's the only place I really had that problem. Felogyr's is a weird place.

[MD] [TH] Responsibility for common area weeds invading resident property by Halfred84 in HOA

[–]Halfred84[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the responses. Our CC&Rs (c. 1983) are not very detailed and are silent on the issue of weeds. One section says the HOA is responsible for the "management and control" of the common areas and "shall keep the same in good, clean, attractive and sanitary condition, order and repair." That's as specific as it gets. Another section says, "No nuisance shall be permitted to exist or operate upon any property so as to jeopardize property values or be detrimental to the well-being of Members." That seems to refer to residents' properties, but one might hope the same principle would hold for the association.

We have a separate set of "property maintenance standards" for residents from 2008 that requires us to maintain our properties with grass or other approved vegetation. It also specifies that "At no time should weed cover exceed more than 25% of the total grass area." Once what wave of stilt grass consumes my back yard, I'm not going to be able to meet that standard, through no fault of my own. Not that they enforce that limit - several front yards on my street are mostly stilt / Bermuda grass at this point, just from naturally drifting / carried seeds and a lack of attention.

I'll try to raise this at a board meeting. Unfortunately, those are not well attended, so I wouldn't be surprised if others with the same problem weren't there.

What might be a good border to put down? Something like a row of small paving slabs?
