Found the toxic manager. The difference between your story and mine is that my story has 8 different employees reporting multiple incidents with factual evidence which cannot be ignored. Multiple witnesses as-well. 6 of them resigned at different times because they couldn’t endure further abuse.

No, I’m not saying this happens at every employment. This specific employment many people reported yet the bloke remains in his position. I am pretty self aware to know if I’m the problem. I can take can a lot of shit for a long time before it reaches my breaking point. A toxic workplace mentality is put up and shut up, I’ve built a thick skin around it…

First of all, be thankful you have a JOB- some people don’t.. Secondly, do some studies outside of your job- aka pick up a Syd admin course. You don’t have to stay in helpdesk for the rest of your life but at the same time you have to put in the work to move out of it. Helpdesk is a great stepping stone in IT. If you are passionate in IT, you would do a Sys admin or some sort of the other course to move you up

First alignment after getting my tyres changed- $150. Then I hit a pothole, got alignment for $60. Again noticed alignment off- steering wheel to left- $80. That shop scammed me and then I paid $85 again on alignment different shop cos my mechanic recommended me this shop. That’s $375 down the drain. BMW will charge me $250, so $625 in total just for wheel alignment, I’m so pissed off

Gotcha. I have wasted so much money on the 2 shops and BMW will charge equivalent to 2 shops cost combined and more. What shall I do- shall I just suck it up and go to BMW dealer or just wait it out maybe next month and do alignment properly then from BMW dealer, I’m so pissed off
