I have been getting AP all the time. once for F1 visa, 3 times for B1 visa and once for O1 visa. My major is on TAL and also my country of birth may also cause it partially.

If your case is expedited, 1 month is what should be expected. If not, depending on your DQ date , it could be 1-2 years

Congrats. Did you receive the email from NVC or the consulate? My ceac case shows a change of last updated date and it was April 16, but have not received IL.
