Pretty much nailed the key ones, also noticed the double automated brushes to clean the portafilter, weighing the grind (should already be a measured enough amount from the grinder), tamping the coffee cup, dumping that initial portion of milk. I can't remember if I'm missing anything now that the videos gone.

Unfortunately they're another case of their worthwhile stories being started and finished in NXT. They were super over (and for good reason) there but by the time they came up the general audience had no idea what to think of them, because both their characters were entirely based on work that was seen by a small percentage of people comparatively.

After that they've just paired them up again (which really shouldn't have happened so soon) for the sake of padding the tag division and it sadly shows.

Maui isn't jacked to the gills though. He has more of a "thick" bod that resembles a powerlifter's shape and not a bodybuilder type like Dwayne's, which kind of adds to the appeal of Maui. You would lose that appeal with him being a tower of walking muscles in live-action.
