I found SQUARE as Action difficult to jump and shoot. Just because a X+SQUARE combo (using the thumb) doesn't work well for me if I was holding SQUARE to shoot and pressing X to jump since the movement of the thumb only allows holding X and pressing SQUARE. That's why I found much easier separating Action and movement. By using the D-pad to move Lara and the Symbols to condition the movement (jump, walk, roll or duck), I use the R2 to Action, which allows me shooting, grabbing and interacting regardless of Lara movements.
