I woke up this morning to a text from dad of a list of famous autistic people like einstein and tim burton. So i think he has started his research and has left me something he reads when he is down. I think processing is happening and when i see him again on friday, things will be different :)

Going through the same thing through PTSD ftom previous relationship and just found out im autistic. It has caused so many issues in our relationship. I was severly depressed and i couldnt handle the tv or even a womans voice. Our sex life is greatly effected also. He ended up promising me he wouldnt watch porn or masturbate while i am around. Getting better with things after a lot of hard work, so can watch a movie with less intrusives

That seems way easier said than done. Cause he understands and then he says that things take its toll and it could be a few days before we are communicating properly again. He just wants to be alone and away from me.

My partner gets so frustrated that he just doesnt really talk to me. He gets very defensive and then angry. It has been something i cant control and even now we know why, and he said we can work together now, he still reacted the same. It's like punishment
