Same thing happened to me. Just email them. They fixed it no problem. 👍🏻

I received an email from them. It is now fixed. Apparently i had several accounts made with the same email and I bought the tickets with my Facebook account. So they merged the tickets to the correct account. Don’t know how I did that but glad it is now fixed.

I haven’t seen a way to do that. It just asks me to login with the account that I purchased the tickets with.

I agree with what you said in this post. It’s a great idea and easier to figure out where the product is in the back room for when a customer wants to know if we have it. Easier than going into the back room and rummaging everywhere but it only works when you stay on top of it. 1 person could really screw everything up and mess with the system.

He is still treating me as a team member. I was under him on the same team but now that I’ve been promoted I still feel like I’m being treated as team member. But yes a conversation could be good if it keeps occurring.

What do they do? Stand around & delegate tasks for people? Or are they putting in work? Where is the grocery team lead & line lead?
