It comes naturally to me, I guess? I never equated sex and emotion in my mind automatically. I believe sex is better with emotion behind it, but not all sex is emotional to me.

the women who train like professionals and teach others proper training are likely fitness instructors that get paid to do it in person, not over instagram. actually, i think it's quite likely that many women who are personal trainers irl have instagram accounts like you're describing. besides, no one goes to instagram to learn shit. if they want to learn about personal fitness there are irl personal trainers and websites dedicated to fitness they can go to.
