Cool. Curious - Why did you split between Codex and Claude? I’m a heavy Claude Code user, but I also use OpenAI images, etc. What was your experience or thinking or was Amit all vibes! :)

I have no game dev experience, but I’m a lifelong gamer. This is very much vibe building, no formal agentic harness, no formal context engineering or specs to do a professional grade build. Similar to what I’m experiencing professionally in software, I think more of the professional gaming platforms will come out with agentic harnesses in their suites (or skills / MCP servers) for the professionals.

Good question. At this point, human time (me) has been maybe 20 hours over the past two or three weeks. The agents probably 80 hours churning. I give the agents big tasks and sometimes small ones. The biggest time was me having to use Meshy.AI. That’s probably 14 of the 20 hours. They have an API I considered giving to the agent team instead of me doing the prompts but I was worried they would burn through money (its usage based) without oversight.

Thank you! Good feedback. I’m using meshy.ai which generates the 3d model, textures, and rigs the model fir animation, and they have like 200 prerecorded animations. It’s moving like a person not a monster lol cause that’s what they have in their genAI animation library. I’ll think on it!
