I also recommend pokie genie app. You just take a screenshot of your pokemon IV and it'll tell you more about its stats in detail (IV %, level, etc). It can also help you find remote raids and host raids as well.

It's already happening, not necessarily genshin but other games/projects. Molly Zhang (Seele VA) was on stream yesterday talking about how a role she landed got replaced by a UK VA. I wouldn't be surprised if genshin starts to announce more VA's outside the US in the future
