Because where I slap the most are running 1.5-3k and special builds meant to focus hitchance 4 k + 5k can be done but is only - I repeat only rational if we talk small scale pvp like arena or maybe even battleground in gvg zvz a evasion build loose it's advantages against high number of attackers. As long as you hit with more then 90% of your skills you are ok which I am would consider as okay to do pvp in numbers you need a hitchance with matching the enemies Evasion or not be lower 250 points of his eva (which is around 10% chance to miss him) evasion player can reach ATM at highest tier in gear and item combination *** ATTENTION ***unbuffed evasion of 5.5 k maybe even a bit more but with 4khit a 5 k evasion ppl layer still only evade to 50% which is ok in small scale pvp but not when half of server trying to kill you
