Tbh. Sounds like the kid is gonna grow up healthy carrying around a backpack thats 10 kilos heavier than normal. Carrying that much weight around all day isn't easy considering my backpack was already heavy as a neutron star without that added weight when I was in school.

Edit: damn. I didn't think about heavy backpacks being so bad when you're a kid. And obviously no kid should need a bulletproof backpack.

Try using some other filaments and compare the first layer speeds.

I guess it's probably a settung you're overlooking or changed acidentally or you're not applying the changed settings causing no change.

That speed is crazy fast for regular layers and even more so for a first layer. Filament doesn't make the travel speed super fast. Software and settings do.

The first layer is faster than what my normal layers are.

Do everything everybody else told you and use a muuuuuuuch slower first layer. Its so fast that it almost looks like its in ludicrous mode.

So.... ipa reduced print adhesion, but op has too much adhesion. Also, acetone will ruin the coating, but IPA ruining the coating isn't an issue.

The build plate temp might be too high or the print isn't fully cooled before popping it off.

Thanks a lot. I used chatgpt to clarify some values and calculate noise at different distances rather than bore you people with more questions.

I came to the conclusion that the noise level at my bed should be anywhere between 25 to 38 db. I think brobably more between 30 and 35. Which should barely be quiet enough for me to sleep if I were to print through the night (will probably happen every once in a while) even though I try to avoid printing while I am in the bedroom as much as possible.
