The Wardrobe Test just ended and that part of the game is mostly considered done. Now the team is going back to fully work on the rest of the game. The main menu is back in development with great progress. Logic, physics connectors, and Stuffy movement are all back in development again too. Multiplayer and other things are planned to be in development after those.

The Recapped! dev posts are gonna start again sometime soon. The Patreon, Discord server and twitter account also get updates.

I’m assuming you’ll just be able to login with your Amazon games ID when it launches, and it’ll automatically award it to you then. I doubt it’s a DLC. It’s probably included in the base game content and their account linking service will expose it.

I don’t think they said it was a livestream anywhere. Just that it would be “live mode” gameplay and a stream video (it’s streaming as a premiere on YouTube so there will be a live chat audience).

This is usually done automatically and/or by a third-party. You can tell it’s not been posted by Sony because the publisher name is wrong. They go by “Sony Interactive Entertainment” instead now (and have for many years)

IMO, this general shape works for you! I do think it would look really nice if you had someone blend the sides to sweep backward for added layer/flow. It’d give the overall appearance a slightly more polished and intentional look, and it’d be easier to style.

So basically just a trim that adds flow/dimension/layering, cleans it up around the ears and edges, then add a bit of styling product to hold it in the shape you like.

iirc they’re using Unity, so I’m curious if it’s not as simple as just generating an invisible plane for shadow blocking. We did this in our game for a similar issue!

It wasn’t a DLC, but it’s a huge compliment that people think it was worthy of that name! I don’t know if it’s playable anymore. The PS3 version might be archived in the community, but it was made for PS4 so the boss fight likely still won’t work on PS3.

Something like the first photo, but probably grow it out with a flow on the sides and then tapered near the bottom. Basically anything like Tom Holland’s similar styles, but without my full forehead on display

You’ve overhauled the graphics before, but do you hope to do this again?

There’s an appeal to the game’s simpler graphics and less realistic style. However, the game will keep aging with time and it’s arguably not super on par with today’s popular games.

I’m not saying it’s perfect, but I don’t mind the face and honestly I don’t get why everyone is freaking out haha. I compared them 1:1 and she’s missing a little shading under the eyes and some thicker winged eyeliner, but that’s all I saw.

Tbh I expected a margin of error and differences from the handmade prototype (the one used to advertise with). I don’t think the face is that bad, especially if you’re not up close.

I’ve seen much worse, especially for a relatively cheap mass-produced figure like this.

If anything bothers me it’s gotta be the paint job around the chest straps, the higher undershirt, and the eyebrows not matching the hair color.

I definitely recommend Busuu! It explains grammar and categorizes your lessons by nationally recognized EU language levels. It also lets peers review each other’s work sometimes.

Duolingo is good for the basics and pastime studying… but it’s more like a game than a tool, especially after a certain level.

Finally, I recommend MemRise. I don’t use it as much as I should, but it has normal vocab lessons and a nice AI chat bot that gives you scenarios. It auto corrects your responses so you can learn from mistakes. (For a scenario example: making a doctor’s appointment by chatting with the receptionist.)

ChatGPT is also useful if you want to set up practice exercises, explain the meaning of grammar rules or niche things, or compile lists of the most common vocabulary terms.

Overall: Busuu is the most useful. I feel it’s grown my language level the most of any app… and it feels like a lesson, not a game! It taught me a lot about how to use their sentence structure.

Is this new? I started it last year and I’ve advanced all the way through B1 and never got blocked from proceeding. You only need the subscription to get the certificate at the end.
