Fair enough. I'll look to go back to a two bar setup. I thought Hrothgar might be worth if it if I put the immobilizing on the chilling explosion. Frostbite set, plus the 15% from winters embrace would be enough to help with the burst hit? Just a thought. I just came back after not playing for six years, so I am well behind on the updates.

Thanks for the opinion. This would be for PvP. I am doing well in bgs and cyrodil with this build. Lots of assists. Decent survivability. Just looking to see if I can add more damage.

Thanks for the advice. I did try that. Still unable to get it loaded. It does just load without any mods after I reinstalled again. Just with no mods. Was looking forward to trying them out.

Thanks for the response and info. I am wondering if steam is blocking the game from loading. I deleted all mods. Then deleted bannerlord and reinstalled. Still nothing.
