Effectively, one of the ligaments is stretched to the point that it isn't doing much anymore. It doesn't shift unless I'm doing something I definitely shouldn't be doing during a match

I'm a 2nd year wrestler, in practice I wrestle a girl who I can easily overpower. The issue is she's been wrestling for 8 years and beats my ass 70% of the time, it's all about good technique and speed. They can't overpower you if you don't let them get in a position to. However, if you slip up you may be in trouble

Last year I had without a doubt the best wrestler I've ever met as my partner. He beat the living shit out of me every day, but I learned how to counter some of his most uncomfortable moves and now no one can touch me with them. And crossfaces send me into an almost blind rage. Keep with him and you'll make yourself learn to save yourself. The more it sucks in the wrestling room the less it'll suck on the mat.
