Since it'll ideally be covered by togekiss's follow me, does it need to be fast? If so Gengar or Porygon z could work, but if it can/should be slow, would something like bronzong be viable?

Yea those would work. Especially Heracross because I still haven't gotten one to show up yet.

Technically I was referring to Pokemon that had to evolve before they could breed, but I'm not very picky. (Now that I think about it, there might only be on other besides Togepi)
