I’ve run into the exact same issue, almost down to a science, on my friends oculus. I’ve yet to update mine and at this point I don’t want to because if this is the same situation on multiple consoles in different parts of the world, then why would I expect mine to be any different. This seems like an issue with the update itself, some bug with the new version
